Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in the individual Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to each client prior to engagement.
To enable us to deliver effective services, you agree to:
Services are invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may be revised with 30 days' written notice. Refunds are not provided for services already rendered.
Upon full payment of all fees, you own all content, reports, and deliverables created specifically for your engagement. RankBloomers retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, tools, templates, and frameworks used in the delivery of services.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your brand assets, website, and materials solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party in connection with the services. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years.
SEO results are subject to search engine algorithm changes and competitive factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding three months.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that is harmful to our team or reputation. Upon termination, you retain all content and reports paid for to that date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
